Menus
Menus are designed to complement the occasion, and can range from pizza making to the cuisine of Southern France. Creativity and suggestions are encouraged, although I have plenty of ideas if you need inspiration.
One-on-One Classes
With your skill level in mind, your class will be custom tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. During our time together I will be sharing the fundamentals of shopping smarter, choosing ingredients, and cooking techniques. We will also learn how to plate the food beautifully, inside tips on how to entertain with the finesse of a professional, and plan well balanced menus.
Pricing
Individual classes are $150.00 plus the cost of food.
Each class is approximately 2 hours.  Fees are subject to change depending on date, location, and menu.
All necessary equipment, food, and recipe packets will be provided.
Host or hostess provides dinnerware and beverages.

Group Classes 

Hands-on cooking parties provide an interactive and fun activity for celebrating birthdays and showers as well as an ideal way for business colleagues to bond outside of work. Contagious laughter and sweet aroma of friends  enjoying a meal creates a casual atmosphere for learning.
Pricing
5 to 10 students: $85.00 per person
11 to 19 students:$75.00 per person
20+ students: $65.00 per person
Classes vary between 2 – 4 hours. Fees are subject to change depending on date, location, and menu.
